The Company:
The Kauffman Fellows Program (KFP) is a non-profit post-graduate educational institution, based in Palo Alto, California, dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation throughout society. Fellows with expert talent are brought from all over the world and placed with businesses based on matching skills and needs.
The Challenge:
KFP wanted a single system that could track all of the applicants to the program and follow their trajectory through program completion and alumni Fellows. This solution required the following:

• Secure login to a portal that enables participants to edit their profile
• Participate in a private online community
• Private access to program information
• Applicant segmentation and tracking
• Track event participation

The Solution:
Ray Simon, founder of ENPIO, worked collaboratively with KFP to develop a custom Salesforce solution that is tightly integrated with a portal that delivers this functionality.  Ray also worked with KFP for user training, creating custom reports, and providing ongoing maintenance.
